A Dark Stormy Night

As the thunder rolls
And roars through the air.

I find myself alone
Sitting here.

Listening to the rain fall
I know not what to do.

This night is not filled with boredom
It’s filled with thoughts of you.

As the rain hits the roof
And flashes of light fill the night.

I think of my future
Will all turn out right?

As I look to times ahead
I am unsure what I will do.

The one thing I know is
It will be with support.

The support that I get through you.

The perfect night

A summer night
With a warm breeze in the air

A beautiful sunset
The skies being so clear

The sounds of the ocean
As the waves reach the shore

A special moment
With a woman I adore

A warm evening rain
Listening to the thunder roar

A feeling of fulfillment
That will last forever more

All this is beautiful
Yes this is true

But what makes it a perfect night
Is spending it with you.

What is Reality?

Though we have sight,
Do we really see?
What is within our sight?
Is it real, could it be?

Reality is all around us,
Something, which we cannot escape.
We see it all the time,
Though we are unable to intake.

We see through our eyes,
Which fog the images so.
We see with our minds,
Filled with opinions that that must flow.
We see with our hearts,
With every beat we must feel.

So what is reality?
Can it be, is it real?

Reality for one will differ from another.
The differences that exist,
Will never be brought together.

So what is reality, I ask you once again?
Is it what we see?
Or the opinion within a man?

As we walk in the sand

As we walk in the sand,
You and I hand and hand.
We gaze at the images we see.

The ocean meets the shore,
Our emotions will roar.
As will the love and desire
Burning like a flame within me.

Then our lips softly meet
And our kiss we complete.
Then we walk along the sandy way.

Now the tide rolls away,
And reality will stay.
As were left with a memory
That will always be.

As we walk by through the sand

While the stars fill the skies,
